CANCELLATION POLICY

We need 24 hours cancellation notice for Saturdays because extra staff works that day to help.
If you cancel your appointment on the same day you have to pay cancellation fee.

The time range in which customers may book an appointment is (Minimum= 8 hours , Maximum= 1 month)
On Sunday , If you make booking before 9 am , then you must pay extra $20 .
You must book Saturdays in advance because bookings on the day are not guaranteed moreover we prioritize our advance booked clients over walk ins.
